TOFANA – Dark Chocolate with Forest Fruits is a handcrafted specialty from South Tyrol, produced by Confiserie Walde in Bruneck. This exquisite chocolate combines high-quality cocoa with a selection of regional forest fruits, giving it a unique, fruity-tart flavor.

Confiserie Walde is known for its artisanal confectionery, including chocolates, pralines, candies, and teas. The products are available in stores in Bruneck and Vipiteno, as well as at numerous retailers throughout South Tyrol and beyond .

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, freeze-dried forest fruits from South Tyrol 3% (raspberries, wild blueberries, strawberries, red currants), emulsifier: (sunflower lecithin, E476), natural vanilla extract. May contain traces of nuts, egg proteins, and gluten. Cocoa solids: 70% minimum in the chocolate portion.
