4. Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of the processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in Section 3 (abc) is Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (performance of a contract), as the data processing is necessary for the provision of the Services or for responding to requests from the affected person is necessary. 5. Recipients of personal data
For the purposes set out in section 3, your personal data may be disclosed to:

7. Storage of personal data
Personal data processed for the purposes set out in Section 3(ab) will be retained for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve those purposes. 8. Data to fulfill our contractual obligations
We process personal data that we need to fulfill our contractual obligations, such as name, address, e-mail address, products ordered, billing and payment data. The collection of this data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract.
The data will be deleted after the warranty periods and statutory retention periods have expired. Data linked to a user account (see below) will always be retained for as long as this account is maintained.
