You will receive the bank details together with the confirmation via e-mail after the order has been placed. The goods will be sent after receipt of payment. If you send us the transfer order by email, your order can be processed more quickly.

However, please note the following procedure:
Complaints about transport damage must be made in writing to the carrier immediately upon receipt of the goods. You then inform the Alpshop Pustrissa company of any transport damage you have found. If you want to return goods, please inform us in advance by e-mail.
