Berg - raspberry jam, made by the Regiohof at 1400 meters above sea level in the Gsiesertal.

At least 70% fruit content

At 1400 meters these fruits ripen in the beautiful Gsiesertal
complex, intense aromas.

Ideal as a spread for breakfast or at the Marende.
Also interesting with cheese. The fruits are processed by hand.
