Mountain blueberry jam, made by the Regiohof at 1400 meters above sea level in the Gsiesertal.

There has always been this sweetness on the alpine pastures and forests
Fruit picked in the mountains in late summer. The incomparable sweetness and
this particularly aromatic taste makes them probably the most popular of all
mountain berries. Our jam tastes like it used to: authentic, genuine and
unadulterated. The fruits are processed by hand.
