elderberries are said to be due to the antiviral properties
have an expectorant effect on all respiratory diseases. elderberries
contain a lot of vitamin C and strengthen the immune system.

Ingredients: water, sugar, elderberries and lemon.

Application: Depending on your taste, pour hot water over it
(1 teaspoon per cup), as a spread, to sweeten natural yoghurt,
milk, tea etc. | 200ml
