The gentian schnapps from the Hauser herb farm is a traditional South Tyrolean schnapps made from the roots of the yellow gentian ( Gentiana lutea ). The gentian roots come from our own organic cultivation and give the schnapps a characteristic bitter flavor, valued for its digestive properties.
