To produce this variety, the beekeeper brings its colonies to Trentino , where the locust trees (popularly known as "acacias") are in full bloom. There, in the sheltered valleys and under ideal climatic conditions, the bees collect the fine nectar for this exquisite honey.

Due to its clear, almost transparent color and its particularly mild, neutral-sweet taste, acacia honey is ideal for sweetening drinks, for fine desserts or simply on its own on a spoon.
